Over the past 15 years Ruxanda has partnered with executive teams in Europe, Africa and the Middle East to support them in building and leading organizations that continuously learn and adapt to change effectively for sustainable growth. Through strengths-based performance management and innovative learning strategies, Ruxanda has helped leaders balance the full utilization of organizations’ core capabilities with the exploration of new business opportunities and building the differentiating capabilities that secured their competitive position.
Ruxanda has graduated the ‘Consulting and Coaching for Change’ Executive Master’s program at HEC Paris / University of Oxford Said Business School and is passionate about using her expertise in organizational behavior to facilitate intentional leadership action that constantly aligns structures, processes and people to accelerate strategy deployment and renewal.
Throughout her corporate career in banking and telecommunications, Ruxanda has worked with leaders on multiple HR transformation programs aimed at engaging employees and management in collectively shaping an organizational culture that reflects the value proposition made to customers, shareholders and the community.
In her coaching practice, Ruxanda helps executives build a robust foundation rooted in personal vision and values and capitalize on their natural leadership style to enhance their decision-making capability, build more effective teams and accelerate the desired business results.
