The Dave Ulrich HR Academy is a comprehensive cohort-based virtual development journey for learning how HR creates value from the outside in and delivers business impact.

Individual registration includes:

  • 16 modules virtual development program presented by Dave Ulrich
  • Guided Delivery Approach (self-guided learning assignments, videos, reading, exercises)
  • Weekly Live Sessions with consultant-facilitated learning and application
  • Orientation Week fostering a strong foundation for a successful learning experience
  • Graduation Ceremony marking the culmination of the educational journey and discovering next steps for application of the content

**Graduates of the Dave Ulrich HR Academy earn 24 continuing education credits through HRCI and SHRM
