    About This Program:

    As businesses navigate the VUCAH (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous, Hyperconnected) economy, each business challenge or problem statement is unique and requires a flexible approach to empathize and fully appreciate the issues at hand before working on scalable solutions that are agile enough to adapt with the changing environment. Many businesses adopt the Design Thinking Methodology to address such issues because of its flexibility adapt and apply new ideas to better relate to end users.

    With this in mind, RBL has adapted core models and frameworks, adapting them to Design Thinking Methodology to solve existing HR-related problem statements faced by businesses. Our unique design will incorporate case-studies where participants will have hands-on experience to work-on and present their ideas to a panel of judges. The program is divided into 3 parts.

    • Module 1: Understanding the Problem Statement
    • Module 2: Creating the Solution
    • Module 3: Adapting and Delivering the Solution to the Target Audience

    At the end of the program, the participants will have collectively worked as a team to appreciate and frame an opportunity to address the challenges of the target audience and will use practical tools to innovate a solution that will be judged based on how it effectively addresses the problem at hand. At the same time, the tools and skills used can be readily applied to address existing challenges in their respective organizations.
