He is an expert in designing and developing research and executive education forums for senior HR leaders across all industry sectors.
Prior to joining The RBL Group, Joe was the Director of Executive Education at the Concours Group where he led several leadership development programs for high potential HR and IT executives from the Global 500.
Early in his career, Joe served as a Research Analyst at The Research Board – one of the world’s leading think tanks for Fortune 200 CIOs and their direct reports. During his tenure there, Joe served as the Program Director of the Human Resources Management Board – a subscription membership forum for HR professionals.
Joe has a strong research background focused on how HR delivers business value. He has written over 200 papers for Global 500 companies on business, HR, and IT strategy.
Joe earned his B.S. in Psychology from Penn State University and a Master of Arts in the Social Sciences from The University of Chicago.
