Kaylene manages the Project team for The RBL Group. She also manages RBL’s assessment products and custom client programs globally. With over 18 years of organizing and implementing client projects, Kaylene brings extensive experience dedicated to client success with leadership and strategic HR initiatives.

With over 18 years of organizing and implementing client projects, Kaylene brings extensive experience dedicated to client success with leadership and strategic HR initiatives. Other areas of expertise include building high-value-added business strategies together with powerfully aligned and actionable implementation plans. She helps companies identify and create organizational capabilities that will add the greatest value to customers and shareholders.

Kaylene has coordinated projects and events with Fortune 500 companies in a range of industries and countries including Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Norway, Oman, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, and others.

She has also played a key role in multiple rounds of the HR Competency Study, managing the research collection as well as the development and rollout of the resulting assessments and development programs. Her expertise in setting assessment projects up for success helps clients get the information they need to make the changes that drive business results. 

Background
Prior to joining The RBL Group, Kaylene managed internal corporate programs and events and has been the Senior executive and personal assistant to CEO’s of both public and private corporations.
