With more than 20 years of experience in Management Consulting, IT, and Financial Services Industries, Adrian has amassed domain experience and sizeable networks in the region. He uses his experience and network to curate experiential learning experience for strategic leaders and high potentials that serves to create unique experiences that unleash the innovativeness among his participants. Adrian is also an alumnus of management consulting firms and think tanks like Computer Sciences Corporation (DXC), Mercer, DDI, The Conference Board, WDHB & Singapore Institute of Management.
Adrian actively volunteers with Unlocking ADHD designing & facilitating programs and coaching those with the ADHD condition to overcome their impediments and unleash the potential within them.
Certified in training both DDI Facilitator and ACTA programs. Adrian is a certified DDI Targeted Selection Administrator. He is also accredited to administer SHL OPQ tools and is certified to use the IHRP HCDT tools. Adrian also administers the Denison Organizational Culture Survey for organizations.
He is an ICF-ACC, Certified Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from Haworth College of Business, Western Michigan University.
