Leadership Code® Academy

The course includes live, interactive sessions held Fridays from 9-10 a.m. in Eastern Daylight Time (UTC-4).

The Leadership Code Academy is a comprehensive cohort-based virtual development journey that helps leaders learn how to deliver results that matter to the organization and its stakeholders.

Registration includes:

• 6-week digital development program using a blend of self-guided learning assignments and weekly consultant facilitated learning and application sessions
• 16 modules presented by Dave Ulrich and Norm Smallwood about how to build results-focused leaders in your organization (videos, reading, exercises)
• Open-enrollment or enterprise programs available

**Graduates of the Leadership Code® Academy earn 18 continuing education credits through HRCI and SHRM
