The course includes live, interactive sessions held Fridays from 9-10 a.m. in Eastern Daylight Time (UTC-4).

The Reinventing the Organization Academy is a comprehensive cohort-based virtual development journey that guides senior leaders through the six dimensions that enable new economy companies like Amazon, Tencent, and others to achieve extraordinary results.

Registration includes:

  • 6-week digital development program using a blend of self-guided learning assignments and weekly consultant facilitated learning and application sessions
  • 18 lessons presented by Dave Ulrich and Norm Smallwood about how to build results-focused leaders in your organization (videos, reading, exercises)
  • Open-enrollment or enterprise programs available
